The recruitment process includes the following phases:

- Analysing recruitment needs. We assess the role and required skills and define detailed position descriptions.
- Searching the network and databases for qualified candidates and aviation professionals. This includes advertising in selected media. We identify, interview, short list and screen the most highly qualified candidates.
- Managing the candidate throughout the client interview process. We keep the client aware of a candidate’s views, dealing with misconceptions and manage candidate expectations. We pay attention to detail and consider all hiring elements and the client’s needs to ensure a success achievement.
- Checking and reviewing expectations and understandings of the candidate and client. A complete compensation package analysis will be presented to the candidate to reinforce the attractiveness of the company’s offer.
- Following up and checking. We stay in close contact with both the client and new employee to ensure the success and longevity of each placement. We ensure that the candidate arrive on-time, and ready to work.
