Internal Audit

As an independent entity, we examine and verify activities and elements of your organisation, to determine the level of compliance and conformity with applicable regulations and standards. We provide premium services which include:

An engagement team, with extensive experience as regulatory authorities Form 4 holders, will be assigned to meet your organisation’s needs.

A key element of our focus is to add value through continuous improvement. In addition to assessing and reporting on the regulatory requirements already established, we will also provide you with ongoing advice regarding additional processes and control improvements that may be implemented to further reduce risk exposures.

Suppliers and Sub-contractors Management

We offer second party audits to manage you outsourced functions to ensure the service providers meet your requirements. The audits include special control over certain processes, performance indicators, company standards, relative authority requirements and world standard practices.

These audits can be done on-site by reviewing the processes or even off-site by reviewing documents submitted by the supplier. We can conduct audit of all or part of the contract – whatever your company see a need to audit. The outsourced and contracted functions can include flight operations, maintenance and engineering services, training organisations, ground handling agents and parts and materials suppliers.
