Audit Preparation

Obtaining an approval, being registered in an internationally recognised audit program or maintaining approvals requires considerable time and resources.

NAAC’s extensive experience in auditing and a focused approach lead to cost effective and efficient outcomes. We provide specific and tailored services customised for our clients’ needs. This includes evaluation of management and operational systems to identify gaps and provide action plans to achieve intended results.

Airlines: IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), IATA Standard Safety Assessment (ISSA)

We offer assistance and guidance to prepare for the IOSA or ISSA audits and attain the required level of safety and assurance. The IOSA audit assesses the operational management and control systems of an airline and creates a standard that is comparable on a world-wide basis, enabling and maximizing the joint use of audit reports. In accordance with the IATA Report, the program has saved the industry over 6400 redundant audits and continues to lead to extensive cost-savings for IOSA participating airlines.

NAAC provides technical and operational support and advice to airlines and prepares candidates for the IOSA audit. This includes a gap analysis of management systems and operational activities, the provision of action plans and assistance to implement the corrective actions and achieve IOSA registration.

We also assist aircraft operators to implement the IATA Standard Safety Assessment (ISSA) evaluation program, to extend the benefits of operational safety and efficiency that emanate from the IOSA Program for the operators of smaller aircraft that are not eligible for the IOSA program.

Chartered and Contracted Aircraft Operators: Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS)

NAAC presents an all-in-one package for aircraft Operators to ensure they meet the BARS standard and can achieve BARS registration. Contracted aircraft operators who provide services to mineral resource companies may require to be registered in the Flight Safety Foundation Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) audit program. We ensure your registration and the correct level of conformance.

Business Aircraft Operations: International Standard for Business Aviation Operations (IS-BAO)

The IS-BAO is a benchmark designed for commercial and business aircraft operators to achieve a high level of safety and assurances. The outcome of the IS-BAO audit is an internationally recognized audit program which guarantees uninterrupted flight operations throughout the world. NAAC offers solutions to business aircraft operators to achieve the IS-BAO registration.

Ground Handling Services: IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO)

We provide assistance in achieving ISAGO registry and the aims of the program. Aviation ground service provides are required to be registered in IATA's Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) program to be internationally recognised and able to provide services to airlines.
